More than 10 leaders and experts from the Department of Land and Resources of Guangdong Province, including the 769 Wen Chuang Garden, took a sample of the 769 Wen Chuang Garden as a sample to examine the results of the three old renovations in Dongguan.

769 Cultural and Creative Park was originally the largest Taiwan-owned shoe factory in Dongguan Nancheng. The two investment operators of Zhongtian and Vanke creatively transformed the old factory into cultural creativity according to the architectural characteristics of the factory and the policy guidelines of the Nancheng District Government on the cultural and creative industries. The park introduces various types of cultural and creative industries, such as design, digital culture, animation creation, e-commerce, art education and training, as well as some creative businesses such as concept restaurants, coffee, and clear bars.
The delegation visited the quaint pottery hall and the energetic Vanke youth community in the park.
According to reports, there are about 20,000 m2 of cultural business in the park, which can meet the creative life and cultural needs of Dongguan citizens; about 30,000 m2 of creative office area will open a new era of Dongguan cloud office.
According to Zhou Wei, general manager of Dongguan Vanke, the park has signed contracts with more than 150 companies, of which more than 80 have settled. In 2016, the popularity and operation of the park will be greatly improved.
As the 769 project is located beside the Jinyu Huafu, Hongtu Road, Nancheng District, Dongguan City, it is located at the intersection of the Central Administrative Cultural District, the Central Business Core District and the Central International Residential District. The project is close to the Guanhui Intercity Rail and the Dongguan Light Rail R2 Line. The junction station - Xincheng Central Station, West Ring Road and Guangzhou-Shenzhen Expressway, convenient transportation.
Therefore, it will become the most influential Wenchuangyuan project in the central area of Dongguan.
